Digby Morris is a company owned entirely by its employees.
We believe that this helps build a business where our consultants
are more motivated by the quality of their services and forging
relationships with our clients over the long term, than creating
short term financial rewards for shareholders. We apply a
best practice policy to everything we do, creating a working
environment that encourages fresh, new ideas and rewards excellence.
Our consultants all have extensive experience gained within
the property and construction sector and come from either
a surveying or engineering background or have worked in property
and construction recruitment previously. We actively encourage
our staff to undertake regular professional training. Where
possible we are involved in in-house workshops with our clients,
which, encourage improved communication between consultant
and client and ultimately leads to developing more effective
working relationships and better understanding of the exacting
requirements of demanding businesses.
We also appreciate that confidentiality is often the most
important factor to employers and candidates during the recruitment
process. Our ability to work under these conditions is often
praised and the reason why so many candidates and companies
refer to us time and again.
In addition to the high level of human input we are able
to use the latest in recruitment technology to bring about
fast and efficient solutions to both our candidates and clients.
We also have at our disposal the use of a number of internationally
recognised profiling and psychometric testing programmes which
further enhances the quality of the candidate screening we
provide. We maintain close links with all of our suppliers
to ensure we have the most up to date processes and tools
at our disposal to ensure we are able to do the job you require
as efficiently as possible.
In short, our aim is to be the best at everything we do.
Did you know
that as a testament to the quality of our service, 60%
of our candidates come through referrals and recommendations.
